    Your article kept my attention until i read the part about your moods. I can only say you nailed it with that , having a good mood helps a lot in achieving goals and make them seem easier and at the same time be more productive , the problem is when bad moods come i sometimes feel they come inevitably… apart from excersises , how can we avoid any negative feelings? I agree that when you are fighting for something you must be always positive but sometimes is a hard thing to do.

      Hi Alan. Interesting comments. Fighting against negative thoughts and feelings is hard. I guess we just have to do our best and try and practice trying to be as positive as we can be. Often our moods, whether we realise it or not, are a result of our thought patterns. Change the thoughts, change the mood. Easier said than done, but much of the time that is true. Hope this helps.
